Great customer service & shipping.
Was looking to upgrade my chain saw for bigger trees & buck standing up. Found the 572XP fit what I needed. Talked to Jared (real nice guy) Got the 572XP (not ported) with wrap handle kit & 28" light bar full chisel chain. I never used the full chisel chain before. But Jared said try it & he could order the semi if I wanted. Works great like he said. Starts in 3 pulls cold. Now no more bending over/kneeing on the ground to buck logs. Should have done this 30yrs ago. Took 1/3 the time to buck a tree standing than bending/kneeing/crawling to old way wow. Big Shout out to Buckin' Billy Ray for leading me to Ripsaw & all the info.
